South Baltic Cross-border Co-operation Programme opens the Call for proposals for Capacity Building Project

The South Baltic Programme is looking for a partner consortium to apply for the Capacity Building Project. Potential members of this consortium should represent umbrella organisations, which are able to cover the whole programme area and which are able to reach out to the target group of the Programme.

The Call for Capacity Building is open for applications in the thematic measure 2.4 of the Programme.

The completed concept paper template should be submitted in:

- an electronic version (of the word-file) to be sent via e-mail, containing the filled concept paper template, to E-mail: application@southbaltic.eu until 16 November 2009, 4.00 p. m. GMT+1 at the latest;

- a paper version to be sent via normal mail / courier as a dully signed and stamped (only if possible) printout (one paper original), to the address of Joint Technical Secretariat until 16 November 2009 at the latest.
